MANUAL & ACTUATED BUTTERFLY VALVES
TVL has partnered with Warren-Morrison UK to supply the TG series Butterfly valve. The TG series valve is a unique and very well engineered valve suitable for various industries and applications from oil & gas, water treatment, potable water, HVAC, petrochemical, power generation and many others. Designed with ease of maintenance and cost of ownership in mind, the TG series valve incorporates a replaceable seat and dry shaft which is fully rated to PN16 with an option of ASME 150 pressure classes both in wafer and lugged style interfaces. The TG series butterfly valves are tested for zero leakage and bubble tight shut off.
The TG series valves are available in sizes 2″ up to 24″, both manual and actuated via levers, gear boxes, electric or pneumatic actuators. The TG series valve also combines a range of replaceable seat materials including Viton, Buna-N and EPDM. The EPDM is also WRAS approved (water research advisory scheme) for potable water applications compliant with Regulation 31.(4)(b) water supply regulation.
HIGH PERFORMANCE VALVES
TVL offer a variety of hi performance valves for critical industry, double offset, triple offset, including lugged, wafer and double flanged styles. Available body and disc materials consist of WCB-LCC-CF8-CF8M-AB2-Duplex-Super Duplex (1A-6A)-Alloy20-Hastelloy-Austenitic Stainless Steel (6MO).Available sizes range from 2″ to 78″ with optional modes of operation from lever, gearbox, electric and hydraulic actuation.
FIRE SAFE DESIGN
Hi performance fire safe valves are fire tested in accordance with API 607 and comply with the European Equipment Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 97/23/EC and ATEX 94/9/EC.
