INDUSTRIAL DIAPHRAGM VALVES
TVL can supply a vast range of industrial diaphragm valves in various body styles, flanged, screwed end (both male and female), socket weld and butt weld. sizes range for 1/2″ to 18″ and are available in manual (without gearbox), pneumatic, hydraulic or electric actuation. Flange interface connections can be supplied to meet PN 10/16, ANS 150/300, BST tables D/E, JIS and bespoke interfaces.
Face to face dimensions and design conform to BS EN 13397, DIN 3202F1 and ASME B16.34. Material grades readily available are Ductile Iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, AB2 aluminium bronze and gun metal LG 2/4.

Diaphragm valves are versatile solutions to media isolation and throttling control by way of their soft seat full way design and symmetrical seating profile. Being non-wetted and having no stuffing box, provides trouble free and reliable operation. All diaphragm valves can be maintained in situ without the need to remove the valve from the line making maintenance simpler and a truly cost effective option.
