MULTI PORT MANIFOLDS
At TVL, we can provide an array of options to suit your process needs, 2 port, 3 port and 5 port manifolds. With double block and bleed, 2 valve with 3 way operation and much more. Valve port connections can be of the male, female screwed and ferrule ends, available in 316, Carbon and Duplex materials.
FLANGE AND MONO FLANGE VALVES
Mono flange valves are specially designed to be installed directly onto your process equipment. The mono flange valve can be used for the direct attachment of pressure instrumentation where there is a compatible integral flange present. They can also be “sandwiched” between sets of equipment to satisfy various design requirements of the system. The “single piece” integral design, used in place of flange adaptors and separate valves, will reduce the number of potential leak paths while making your system compact. DBB (double block and bleed valves are also with flange to flange and flange to pipe configurations.
